• Payment: cardholder name, last 4 digits, and transaction metadata. Full card data is processed by our payment processor and not stored on our servers.
• Communications: messages, call logs, SMS consent status, and support interactions.
• Device & Usage: IP address, browser, pages viewed, and interactions (via cookies or similar technologies).
• Driver/Operational (when applicable): dispatch/assignment data, GPS/telematics from fleet systems.

How We Use Information

• Provide and manage bookings, dispatch, and customer support.
• Personalize service (e.g., vehicle requests, child seats, meet & greet).
• Process payments, prevent fraud, and ensure security.
• Send service messages (confirmations, updates). With consent, send marketing communications.

SMS/Text Messaging
